Of all the spiritual fronts a believer has in seeking the Almighty and meeting the Almighty, the month of Ramadan is the most suitable. Which requires a lot of preparation, because the bigger the front in the army, the bigger the preparation. Regarding the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), he used to brace himself before Ramadaan, increase the number of naafils and acts of worship, mention the blessings and importance of Ramadaan in gatherings and gatherings of Sufism, and thus endure hardships for fasting. Prepare you

According to the hadiths, the Holy Prophet used to observe naafil fasts, preferably in Sha’ban.

And Hazrat Ayesha (may Allah be pleased with her) (about whom, if you want to learn half the religion, then learn from Hazrat Ayesha) also used to observe the missed fasts of Ramadan in the month of Sha’ban.

It is written in the Encyclopedia of Islam under the word Sha’ban that he used to fast so often in Sha’ban that he would often associate Sha’ban with Ramadan. But he forbade the ummah to fast a lot in Sha’ban so that they would be refreshed for Ramadan. Once on the last day of Sha’ban, the Holy Prophet delivered a sermon. In which he mentioned the importance and blessings of Ramadan.

O, people! A glorious month will overshadow you. Yes! A blessed month with a night that is better than a thousand months. Allah Almighty has made his fast obligatory and has made his night worship supererogatory. In this month, whoever tries to attain nearness to Allah Almighty through a supererogatory act of worship, he will get the reward of this supererogatory act equal to performing the duty in ordinary days, and whoever performs one duty in this month, he will be rewarded.

Means Of Forgiveness

There will be a reward equal to seventy days of duty, and this is the month of patience, and the reward of patience is heaven, and this is the month of compassion and sorrow, and it is the month in which the provision of the believer is increased. Whoever breaks the fast in this month, this act becomes a means of forgiveness for his sins, and he is freed from the fire, and he gets a reward equal to the reward of the fasting person, without him. That there should be some reduction in the reward of the fasting person. The Companions asked the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him): Not every one of us can afford to break the fast of a fasting person. He said: Allaah gives this reward of breaking the fast to a person who is fasting. He takes a sip of water mixed with milk and feeds it with raw milk or palm milk or with a sip of water, and he will feed the fasting person to his heart’s content. So Allah Almighty will give him such a syrup from my pool of Kawthar that he will never feel thirsty till he enters Paradise.

The Holy Prophet (sws) has referred to this preparation by declaring Sha’ban as “Shahri,” meaning my month and Ramadan as “Shahr-e-Allah,” meaning the month of Allah. If the word Sha’ban is examined with reference to the books of dictionaries, a very interesting subject emerges, and the preparation of Ramadan in Sha’ban has a very deep connection. It is written in the Arabic language in the sense of Sha’ban that the Arab nation used to go out in search of water this month.

Hazrat Ayesha used to make more efforts in this month in search of spiritual water than before, and Hazrat Ayesha (RA) used to go to Janat Al-Baqi ‘one night in search of the Holy Prophet (SAW). Where he was engaged in worship with great humility and submission to Allah Almighty.
