  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp red chilly sauce
  • 2 tsp white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 4 tsp of cornflour
  • 4 tsp of maida
  • 1 egg
  • 150ml pure ghee/oil
