Mumbai- Bombay high court resumed till 1st July on Monday, Salman Khan’s request against his judgement by a lower court in the accident case in Sept 2002 stated by PTI. When this matter came up to Amit Desai (Actor’s Counsel) on Monday, he told the high court about a paper book that contained evidence and private documents served to court was not completed yet. Hearing this the judge postponed this matter to 1 July. Lower court sentenced Salman Khan to a 5 year jail on May 6 for many different charges inclusive of the accident. 49 year old Salman Khan appealed against the judgement of the court which eventually resumed his sentence. Salman Khan is blamed for running his car into a bakery in Bandra west, taking life of a worker and injuring four other on Sept 28 2002.
